IHETS Interactive Meeting
Information for campus contacts, faculty, and staff
To use IHETS Interactive for a class or meeting, reservations are made in advance by submitting a request via a scheduling form. Use the links below to access the scheduling form and learn more about the scheduling process.
- Scheduling policies—These policies (approved by the IHETS partnership committee) govern the scheduling process
- Scheduling contacts—Some IHETS consortium members have designated contacts authorized to make and coordinate all scheduling requests on behalf of their institution's faculty and staff (if your campus does NOT have a contact listed, please schedule your own classes and meetings)
- How to schedule an IHETS Interactive class or meeting—Complete instructions for completing, submitting, and changing scheduling requests
- Request form—To schedule a new class or meeting request, complete and submit this form
- Request update form—To update, change, edit, or cancel an existing meeting, complete and submit this form
- Scheduling interface—Use this online interface for accessing the scheduling system
- Receive site database (public)—A partial listing of IHETS Interactive receive sites (information for some sites is not public at site request)
- Receive site database (secure)—This is complete list of authorized IHETS Interactive receive sites (requires a username and password)
