IHETS Interactive Meeting

Test accounts

Unsure if IHETS Interactive is a useful tool for your faculty, students, and administrators? Want to learn more about its capabilities, functions, and features?

IHETS Interactive can be applied in a number of educational settings. It is a flexible, convenient tool for teaching and learning, both real-time and on-demand. It can also be used to conduct meetings, conferences, and workshops at a distance with participants from across the state or nation and around the globe.

What uses can be developed for the product on your campus? Explore IHETS Interactive and the Breeze Meeting software—get creative and put it to the test!

To learn more, contact us for a test meeting room account. This account can be used by both individuals and groups on your campus to experiment with potential IHETS Interactive applications for your institution.

Requests for test accounts should be submitted via the IHETS Interactive scheduling system. Before using the scheduling system, please read the online instructions.  The instructions will explain how to complete the scheduling form.

To prevent a proliferation of test rooms from being created, we do encourage members to request no more than one test account per department or academic unit. Multiple faculty and staff members can share this account among themselves.

Please note that test accounts should be used for learning and testing purposes only. No more than five users may enter a meeting room at one time. If the host of a test room wishes to conduct a live class or meeting with IHETS Interactive, please submit a separate scheduling request so a meeting room can be created for that purpose.

By default, test meeting room accounts and associated recordings will be deleted at the end of the semester in which they were created. Test accounts can be renewed, however, each semester by submitting a new scheduling request.
