Approval of minutes: The minutes of the July 11 meeting were reviewed and approved as distributed.

Proposed format changes to ITC meetings:

  • New format for minutes - Condensed format of meeting minutes with elaboration as needed.
  • Involve content experts - Encourage participation from content experts to share information on technology agenda items being discussed.
  • Two - year term of the ITC - A proposed change in leadership of the ITC to a two - year term.
  • Rotate meeting location of the ITC - Member institutions will be asked to host the ITC meeting once a year, with a portion of the meeting dedicated to issues of the hosting institution.
