Develop and lead training programs to increase the effective support and use of IHETS`s technologies and services. Work with IHETS managers, staff members, and customers to identify training priorities and needs; develop effective training materials and programs for technology-based and in-person delivery. Ensure that the materials developed are easily accessible by employees and end-users. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and training materials.
